Major responsibilities

  • Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Handling interviews

  • Composing and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Using digital recruiting resources

  • Providing support with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Shaping internal recommendations

  • Administrating various administrative duties



  • Highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Adeptness in sourcing recruitment

  • Command of Recruiting Activities

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Volume Recruiting

  • Proficiency in Recruiting Efforts

  • Recruiting Functions experience preferred

  • Solid understanding of recruiting

  • General familiarity with Full Cycle Recruiting

  • Experience with high volume recruitment

  • Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • This position is best for someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
