Description
Robert Half is working with a well-known family law firm in the East Bay looking for a Family Law Associate to join their team.
Your responsibilities
Correspond with clients and opposing counsel
Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
Analyze and summarize legal documents
Requirements
Solid understanding of family law
Command of litigation
Deep understanding of motions
Depositions experience preferred
Experience with Bar Admission
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
Licensed attorney with 2+ years of experience
First-rate academic credentials and references
Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
