Description
Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking an interim Recruiter. This contract position will play a key role in our client's recruitment efforts. Responsibilities include recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers on hiring best practices; as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating employee recruitment plans.
What you get to do every single day
Keep up with department records and reports
Decide candidate qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
Help onboard new hires
Set up recruiting guidelines by studying organization plans and objectives and collaborating with managers on internal hiring needs
Work to increase attractiveness of the organization by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices
Requirements - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Time-management and organization skills
Should be detail oriented, and comfortable working independently and multi-tasking
Good verbal and writing skills in order to interact with functional department managers
