Description

We are seeking a Senior Specialist for Internal Communications to join a remote team of security experts. This role will be key in supporting various internal programs, including the creation and delivery of a cohesive communications plan and materials for annual sales meetings. This position will also involve creating, coordinating, and facilitating written and digital materials for various program initiatives. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan for annual sales meetings.

• Create and coordinate digital and printed materials for various program initiatives.

• Facilitate executive briefings and prepare talking points for key personnel.

• Support the Global Security team by aiding in the creation and delivery of a cohesive communications plan.

• Create and manage infographics to visually represent program initiatives.

• Handle materials handling tasks efficiently.

• Contribute to the creation of a positive internal communications culture.

• Liaise with C-Suite executives to ensure alignment of communication strategies.

• Monitor and manage customer accounts and take appropriate action as required.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

Requirements • Proven experience in internal communications or related roles.

• Proficiency in digital communication and infoGraphics design.

• Experience in handling materials for internal communications.

• Strong ability to develop and execute communication plans.

• Demonstrated ability to create cohesive briefing materials and talking points for C-Suite executives.

• Knowledge of NIS and global security measures in corporate communications.

• Exceptional skills in devising annual sales communication strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well in a team-oriented environment. Innovation starts with people.®
