Description We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to become part of our team in the hospitality industry, located in Hawaii. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with overall business strategies.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
• Design and deliver high-impact training programs to enhance performance and productivity.
• Manage the pay plan and benefits program.
• Use ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and other HR management tools effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Manage hiring processes and coordinate employee relations. Requirements • The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is necessary.
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is expected.
• The applicant should have experience working with Ceridian.
• Knowledge of HCM is a must.
• The candidate must be capable of handling Benefit Functions.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Compliance knowledge and experience are required.
• The candidate should have experience in managing Employee Relations.
• Familiarity with various Hiring Processes is expected.
