As an ERP Developer Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ERP solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ERP system enhancements and customizations.
Design, develop, and implement custom ERP solutions using programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or others as required.
Customize and configure ERP modules to align with business processes and requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations between ERP systems and other business applications, databases, and third-party systems.
Perform data analysis and data migration tasks to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer between systems.
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and integration testing of ERP solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and resolve issues related to ERP system functionality.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in ERP development and implementation.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in ERP development and implementation, preferably with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or others.
Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, modules, and integration capabilities.
Experience with ERP customization and configuration, including developing custom reports, forms, and workflows.
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
