Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure programs such as recruitment, onboarding, training, recognition, etc. promote a positive culture and reinforce the company’s values.

  • Manages the overall recruitment and staffing process. Ensures the company is attracting the top talent while equipping employees with the tools and training needed to be successful in their roles.

  • Oversees employee compensation plan by recommending proper balance of benefit plan offerings, and salary/hourly compensation reflective of performance, position, and market. Also balances compensation with the financial budget and goals of the company.

  • Administers employee performance management and development process.

  • Ensure legal compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements. Ultimately responsible for ensuring employee records are complete, organized, and in compliance with any regulatory requirements.

  • Implement workplace safety procedures and execute best practices to mange risk.

  • Facilitate employee termination as needed, ensuring proper documentation and mitigation of potential employment litigation.
