Our client specifically needs a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow. This position is defined by a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, providing clerical support to the HR department, and full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse group of positions. Your responsibilities

  • Constructing internal recommendations

  • Applying digital recruiting resources

  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Supervising various administrative duties

  • Formulating and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Leading interviews

  • Aiding with new-permanent on-boarding paperwork/orientations Requirements - Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

    • This role needs to be highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

    • This position needs to have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
  • Linkedin Ads experience highly desired

  • LinkedIn experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • General familiarity with Microsoft Word

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Applicant Track System

  • Applicant Screening experience preferred

  • Deep understanding of Screen Applicants

  • Adeptness in Microsoft Word

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
