Description A dynamic organization working with Robert Half is seeking a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter. We need to find a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow to work with our client. We need someone who can wow us with their skill at recruiting functions, as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. We are seeking a Contract Recruiter who will be responsible for providing talent acquisition consulting and support for the Supply Chain plant positions. Recruiter will be responsible for reviewing applications and managing applicant statuses throughout the hiring process. This position will be fast paced and require outstanding organizational and communication skills. The contract will last approximately 3 to 6 months.

Responsibilities: • Consult with and coach hiring managers through the hiring process • Partner with Human Resources Business partners and EEO Coordinators • Utilize job boards, employee referrals and other methods to identify experience in applicants for positions • Ability to manage process and high volumes in a timely manner • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills at all levels within an organization and externally • Provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting efforts • Accountable for open communication, maintaining exceptional service levels and being a partner in driving change across the Supply Chain business unit • Respond to applicant inquiries • Support Affirmative Action/Diversity initiatives Requirements -Qualifications: • Bachelors degree with concentration in Human Resources or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 1-3 years high volume recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing • Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems • Exceptional customer service focus • Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization • Team player who can also work independently • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working with data and tracking your work • Strong verbal and written communication skills
