Description
We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our client's team in North Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, providing strategic insights to help guide decision-making. You will collaborate with various departments, analyze financial data, and prepare reports that will help shape the future of our client's operations. Responsibilities
• Collaborate with various departments to support strategic financial planning and decision making.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights to senior management.
• Provide financial planning and analysis support for multiple projects.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, providing explanations for results.
• Prepare monthly analysis on key financial statement accounts, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Conduct cash flow forecasting and analysis, presenting results to key stakeholders.
• Review and analyze profit and loss statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company standards.
• Verify the accuracy of monthly revenue and expenses.
• Lead financial projects including cost analysis, return on investment analysis, and client/customer growth analysis.
• Serve as a business partner across functions, providing guidance and partnering on projects.
• Create, build, and manipulate dashboards using large sets of data.
• Prepare and present financial results to various stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Data Mining Techniques
• Extensive knowledge of Budget Processes
• Demonstrated experience in Capital Management
• Expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)
• Familiarity with Budgeting and Forecasting
• Experience with Annual Close Processes
• Understanding of Accounting close process
• Ability to create Cash Flow Forecasts
• Experience in creating Dashboards
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
