Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled Director of Marketing and Business Development to lead their B2C marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Job Description:

The Director of Marketing and Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive B2C marketing strategies, building robust online advertising and social media campaigns, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive product sales. This role is critical to promoting their business and achieving growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2C marketing strategies.

  • Create and manage online advertising and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and ensure continuous product sales.

  • Work closely with business partners to support outreach efforts.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Creative Manager to manage creative assets and web content.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Stay in contact with key individuals to understand contract timelines and renewal opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2C marketing, with a strong understanding of online advertising and social media strategies.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in loan programs, is a plus.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing and business development role.

  • Strong B2C marketing background.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM software.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
