Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Director of Total Rewards to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. The role involves working within the financial services industry, specifically focusing on compensation and benefits administration as well as compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage ADP Workforce Now to facilitate benefits functions.

• Oversee compensation administration, ensuring all procedures align with industry standards and regulations.

• Handle all aspects of claim administration, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

• Utilize Ceridian and Dayforce HRMS to maintain accurate records and streamline compensation processes.

• Use the 'About Time' system to track and manage employee benefits.

• Monitor and update compensation & benefits policies to ensure they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

• Communicate effectively with employees regarding their compensation and benefits, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to compensation & benefits within the organization.

• Continuously update skills and knowledge in compensation administration and benefits functions to ensure best practices are consistently applied.

Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits

• Should have proven experience in ADP Workforce Now

• Candidate must be adept at handling Benefit Functions

• Should be proficient in Claim Administration

• Knowledge and experience in Compensation Administration is required

• Compliance skills are essential for this role

• Familiarity and expertise in dealing with Compensation & Benefits is a must

• The candidate must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Proficiency in using computer software and online databases

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations is required

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
