Description
We are offering a unique opportunity to join our team in the role of an HR Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing various HR functions including benefits, compensation, compliance, and employee relations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience is required
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.• Must have in-depth knowledge of ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Previous experience in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration
• Knowledge of Compliance and Employee Relations is essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
