Description
Robert Half is partnering with a leading medical device technology firm and is seeking an experienced senior project manager to join their team. The senior project manger is responsible for driving multiple complex projects from initiation to completion. The Senior Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project outcomes and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects through the entire project lifecycle (initiation to closure), defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, communication plans, risk management strategies, and decision logs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to allocate resources, manage project tasks, and milestones, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, while providing risk resolution strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
Communicate project status, issues, and progress to executives and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of KPIs and progress reports.
Organize and facilitate meetings with external partners and stakeholders, representing the project’s technical aspects.
Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational growth.
Occasional travel required (< 25%).
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in health, engineering, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, public health, or related fields required.
PMP certification or master’s in project management required; advanced degrees (MSc, MBA, MPH) preferred.
7+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior project management role.
Experience in the medical device, diagnostics, healthcare, or clinical research industry strongly preferred.
Familiarity with regulatory processes and Real-World Data sources (EHRs, registries, patient-generated health data).
Proficiency with MS Teams, Smartsheet, Asana, Wrike, and MS Office 365 tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain strict confidentially, discretion, and judgment in dealing with confidential, sensitive, and controversial issues in all aspects of work
Ability to be flexible and work collaboratively as a team within a dynamic work environment that includes remote environment
