Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an HR Director in the DC area. The role focuses on providing strategic leadership in the company's HR department and playing a critical role in managing the company's human resources, including compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR operations within the company and ensure they are aligned with our business goals

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy

• Manage the compensation and benefits administration for all employees

• Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements

• Lead and manage the Total Rewards program to attract, retain, and motivate employees

• Oversee the use of UKG Pro for various HR functions

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues

• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment

• Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team and other staff members.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in HR leadership roles, preferably as an HR Director

• Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Strong understanding and experience in Compliance

• Proven experience in C-Suite level interaction and management

• Excellent skills in Employee Relations and Total Rewards management

• Comprehensive knowledge in Compensation & Benefits

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies in line with company objectives

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities

• Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Meticulous attention to detail.
