Position Summary:
Join a leading manufacturing company in Asheville, NC, as a Senior Financial Analyst focused on budgeting, cost accounting, and operational improvements. This role partners with leadership to drive financial performance and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to align with strategic goals.
Analyze manufacturing costs and support product pricing and margin improvement.
Develop financial models and KPIs to track operational and financial success.
Collaborate with teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline workflows.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
5+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
