Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Ashland, Virginia, as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer applications and questions, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries. They are looking for someone who can answer customer questions via email and phone. Your role will also involve customer service duties, including communicating with distributors and engineers, as well as conducting research to match products with client requests.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently • Maintain accurate customer credit records • Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Communicate with distributors and engineers to understand and cater to client requests • Conduct research to match products with client requests • Enter pricing information accurately into the system and create invoices • Utilize programs such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and invoice processing • Offer exemplary customer service, both on the phone and via email, to address and resolve client inquiries and issues. Requirements • Proficiency in billing procedures

• Competence in data entry tasks

• Experience in invoice processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Oracle software

• Knowledge of QuickBooks software

• Experience with SAP software

• Proven experience in a call center customer service role

• Strong customer service skills
