Robert Half Payroll/Benefits Admin in ASTON, Pennsylvania


Growing client in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking to hire a skilled Payroll Benefits Administrator. In this role, you will process transactions relating to payroll, benefits, HRIS, and leave of absence. As the Payroll Benefits Administrator you will also process bi-weekly payroll, ensure deductions are accurately completed, provide benefits administration, and oversee all leave of absence activities.

Primary Duties

· Process bi-weekly payroll including multi-state

· Administer and review payroll deductions

· Benefits Administration

· Assist with 401K inquiries

· Audit benefits new hire enrollment and COBRA

· Enter data into databases and spreadsheets

· Process wage garnishments

· Oversee leave of absence programs

· Run HR related reports

· Review and approve/deny LOA submittals

· Assist with payroll adjustments


· 7+ years of proven payroll w/ benefits experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· ADP preferred

· Multi-State experience a MUST

· Strong knowledge of benefit laws and LOA practices

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
