Job Title: Office Clerk (HR Support)
Duration: 2-week project (Onsite)
Job Description:
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our Human Resources department with file management and ad hoc projects for a period of 2 weeks. The person will work onsite and will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and updating our employee records. This is a pivotal role that requires high attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
Assist the HR department in organizing and maintaining personnel records
Prepare and organize HR documents, employee files, and other records as needed
Handle requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed documentation
Support ad hoc projects such as data entry, scanning documents, and preparing reports
Assist with staff onboarding processes when required
Facilitate communication within the department to ensure the smooth running of the HR processes
Comply with the organization's data privacy policies
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant, or relevant role
Familiarity with office procedures and basic HR roles
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
