Marketing Admin Assistant (1-Month Project)
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Admin Assistant to support our marketing team for a one-month project. This is an on-site position based in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain marketing calendars and schedules
Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and campaigns
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
Marketing Support:
Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, including presentations, flyers, and email campaigns
Support social media activities, including content creation and community management
Assist with market research and data analysis
Provide support for marketing campaigns, including tracking and reporting
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required
