Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator for a contract to full-time position for a client in the Metro Atlanta area. In this role you will be responsible for handling all maintenance issues, maintaining visitor and employee access to the office and general office support. This position is 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Hourly pay rate: $18/hour.

How you will make an impact:

  • Assist employees and vendors with any maintenance problems

  • Serve as the point of contact for employees and vendors

  • Assist with on/off boarding of staff

  • Maintain the conference rooms

  • Order office supplies

  • Maintain employee and visitor building access

  • Assist with other projects when needed.

What we're looking for

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Basic Microsoft Word skills

  • Great customer service

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

  • At least 1-2 years of Facilities/Operations experience preferred

  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks

  • navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
