Description
Our client is adding onto their team for an Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation. The ideal candidate would have experience handling real estate disputes, construction litigation, business litigation, landlord-tenant disputes and creditor representation in bankruptcy cases. You will work alongside a team of proficient attorneys and manage intricate litigation matters for a broad client base.
Responsibilities:
• Undertaking legal research and analysis to aid in case strategy.
• Representing clients in commercial landlord-tenant disputes, foreclosures, and construction disputes.
• Collaborating with clients and colleagues to devise effective litigation strategies.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Ensuring prompt communication with clients about case updates and developments.
• Participating in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials, as necessary.
• Managing business litigation and bankruptcy matters with a strategic approach.
Requirements
Qualifications
2-4 years of litigation experience, ideally in real estate or business litigation.
Experience in commercial landlord-tenant disputes, bankruptcy, construction disputes, or foreclosure experience is highly valued.
Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Admission to the Georgia Bar and in good standing.
