Robert Half International Communications Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia
The Creative Group is looking for a Communications Specialist to work as a key part of the of our client's content team that develops, maintains, disseminates and implements guidelines for their consumers. Primary daily tasks and responsibilities include working with guideline teams to help develop guideline manuscripts and supplementary materials such as evidence reports, tables, figures, etc.
Develop, maintain and improve the methodology of our client's practice guidelines; serve as content owner for a document that outlines this methodology.
Educate other staff on guideline and implementation methods, as needed.
Improve outreach and education about our client's practice guidelines, including developing relationships with key contacts at organizations with similar guideline interests.
Continually evaluate return on investment of these methods and propose changes, as warranted.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related professional experience, including with clinical guideline dissemination and implementation, or equivalent expertise.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience in medical editing and writing, or equivalent professional expertise.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to exercise judgment in prioritizing and handling responsibilities and be efficient in simultaneously organizing numerous details related to assigned projects.
Must be a strategic thinker with an interest in and ability to improve processes by proposing and creating efficiencies as part of a team working toward common goals.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with volunteers, staff and outside vendors/organizations tactfully, respectfully and efficiently.
Must be proficient in using Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft applications, and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of and experience with JIRA/Confluence is ideal.
