Cybersecurity Manager
Seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to join our team. You’ll have proven experience overseeing security operations for multiple organizations. As a technology services firm that serve multiple clients, will provide strategic cybersecurity guidance and oversight to our clients by leading and managing their cybersecurity programs to help protect their infrastructure, data, people, and customers.
Objectives of this Role
Assist the CEO in carrying out the information security vision of the company
Provide expert security advisory, compliance, and security program oversight, oversee security/compliance assessments, and prepare high-quality reports (including gap analysis, recommendations, and remediation planning)
Establish an Information Security Incident Response program for responding to security events, incidents, and breaches. Lead, manage, and contain information security incidents and events to protect the company and its customers from imminent loss of information; manage the negative effects on the confidentiality, integrity, availability, or value of information; and minimize the disruption or degradation of critical services, identification and tracking of root cause and improvement opportunities, including collaborating with other business units
Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships with other security vendors
Monitor and advise on current trends regarding information security technologies, existing and emerging threats, and related regulatory issues and advises relevant stakeholders on the appropriate courses of action
Ensure information security-related awareness training is provided to all employees and clients

Requirements
Requirements
· Candidate must have an understanding and interest in the small business environment dynamics.
· 5 years’ experience as an engineer is mandatory.
· 3 years’ experience as a manager in a technical role is mandatory.
· B.S. degree in an IT related field; equivalent work experience will be considered;
· Exceptional customer focus and strong professional acumen;
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments;
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
· Previous experience working for a Managed IT Services firm
· Previous experience working with ConnectWise is a plus.
