Description We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will focus on tasks related to the Month-End Close, assist with the documentation of processes for an offshore team, and pull reports using specific software. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Support the month-end close process by conducting detailed financial analysis.

• Assist in the documentation of financial processes for the offshore team.

• Utilize NetSuite and OneStream to generate necessary reports.

• Handle sales orders and ensure their accurate and timely processing.

• Apply advanced Excel formulas, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and sum ifs, to manage and analyze financial data.

• Engage in project management tasks as required.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Financial Analyst

• Proven expertise in NetSuite software

• Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting

• Experience in using OneStream software

• Strong knowledge of Excel formulas

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Sound knowledge of financial regulations and legislation

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
