Description
As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for internal users, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance. Your expertise in Active Directory, basic network troubleshooting, and Office 365 applications will be essential in delivering timely solutions and maintaining user satisfaction. This is a Contract to Permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
Perform password resets and user account management in Active Directory.
Troubleshoot basic network issues, including connectivity problems and device configurations.
Assist users with Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues as necessary.
Provide training and support for new users on technology tools and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including user account management and password resets.
Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting techniques.
Experience supporting Office 365 applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Familiarity with additional tools like VPNs, firewalls, or other network components.
