Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Metro West area of Atlanta area that is looking to add an HR Generalist to their team. The HR Generalist will support 200+ employees across multiple locations with a focus on onboarding employees, entering employee information in their multiple HR systems, compiling and submitting time for payroll processing, and other HR administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced high volume data entry intensive environment. This is a great opportunity to join a stable organization with a great company culture. This position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

• Perform data entry tasks related to HR functions, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

• Act as the primary contact for employee questions and issues, providing prompt and efficient resolution.

• Assist in administering employee benefits and compensation.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

• Foster positive employee relations, addressing any concerns or disputes and maintaining a supportive work environment.

• Manage the full cycle of payroll processes, ensuring all aspects are executed accurately and on time.

• Utilize skills in HR functions such as employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

Requirements

• Possess a deep understanding of HRMS (Human Resource Management System)

• Proficiency in HRIS systems

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Familiarity with Compliance procedures within HR

• Experience in managing Employee Relations

•• Demonstrable experience in HR Generalist role.
