Robert Half Human Resource Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia
Description
Assist with all HR related inquiries and requests.
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records in compliance with HR regulations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support employee performance management procedures and retention strategies.
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the development of organizational human resource strategies.
Process employees' requests and provide relevant information.
Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, and surveys.
Compile reports for HR metrics as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or relevant administrative role.
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Working knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiations skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
