Robert Half Marketing Automation Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia

Description

Our client in the manufacturing space is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Automation Specialist with expertise in Marketo to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing automation processes, a strong technical background, and the ability to create, manage, and optimize sophisticated marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts, improving customer engagement, and maximizing lead generation and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in Marketo, including email, social media, webinars, and events.

  • Lead Management: Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel. Implement lead scoring and grading to ensure high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.

  • Segmentation and Personalization: Create and manage audience segments and personalized content to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

  • Automation Workflows: Develop and maintain automated workflows and triggers to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.

  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data within Marketo and CRM systems. Perform regular data audits and cleanups.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Generate regular reports to track KPIs and ROI.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, design, and IT, to align marketing automation efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on Marketo best practices and new features.

    Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation with a focus on Marketo. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing campaigns.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Marketo, including campaign creation, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other marketing tools is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
