Marketing Communications Coordinator (Atlanta, GA) - Full-Time Contract (3 days/week Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team on a full-time contract basis. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing and communication initiatives. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to create and manage a variety of marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit, and curate content for marketing materials, including press releases, website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and presentations.

  • Manage and maintain brand assets, ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.

  • Assist with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

  • Support with event planning and execution, including logistics, promotion, and post-event reporting.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or communications.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) a plus.

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
