Description We are in search of a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role will focus on the legal industry and will require the successful candidate to strategize ways to reach team goals, manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. The Marketing Coordinator will also be expected to build relationships with attorneys and master new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize previous law firm experience to assist with strategizing and achieving team goals.

• Manage multiple projects and reprioritize tasks as needed.

• Build and maintain relationships with attorneys.

• Show proficiency in adapting and learning new technologies.

• Process and manage award submissions for the Chambers and Legal 500.

• Use organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth operations.

• Leverage knowledge of RFP and Proposal writing to contribute to the team's success.

• Use Adobe InDesign, Content Management System (CMS), CRM, and Campaign Planning skills to complete tasks.

• Assist in the creation of proposals and responses to RFPs.

• Utilize strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage customer inquiries. Requirements • Possess at least one year of experience in a similar role as a Marketing Coordinator

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign

• Experience with Content Management System (CMS)

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

• Expertise in Campaign Planning

• Experience in creating and managing Proposals - RFPs

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
