Our client is seeking a Paralegal - Commercial Litigation in Atlanta, Georgia. This role primarily involves handling matters related to commercial litigation. You will be responsible for drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery, efiling, overseeing service of process, docketing, liaising with court personnel, conducting online searches, document review and billing.
Requirements
• Prior experience in Commercial Litigation is highly desirable
• Proficiency in iManage and other legal software tools
• Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
