Requirements
Proficiency in Personal Injury Law- 3+ years of litigation
Trial preparation experience
Comprehensive knowledge of litigation- drafting, filing, preparing for trial
Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation
Prowess with word processing and spreadsheets highly sought after
Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information
