Robert Half PR/Communications Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Description

Robert Half Marketing and Creative is hiring for a Communications/PR Manager for a client in Atlanta. This is a direct hire position.

  • Work with executive leadership on strategic brainstorming and planning, and taking those plans and creating actionable programs and plans that are measurable

  • Develop opportunities, storylines and messaging on strategic PR initiatives

  • Create external communications (press releases, media talking points, product briefs, media responses) with the ability to proactively secure, measure and report on media coverage

  • Main POC for media requests. Manage media relationships. Identify and create relationships with new publications/outlets not yet identified.

  • Create print and digital content for events, websites, email communications, LinkedIn page, knowledge base and blogs.

  • Review/approve social media posts developed by external resources. When needed, assist in social media copy preparation.

  • Assist in development of internal communications and executive level presentations

  • Assist in management of Product Commercialization process. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure products are properly commercialized prior to launch. Ensure internal & external communications align with strategy and brand voice.

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional team members on voice of consumer research, including summarizing results from social listening activities, surveys, reviews, customer interviews, focus groups).

  • Oversee external resources for PR outreach and community engagement (social media, influencers, review responses) activities

  • Coordinates company appearance at trade show and media events, includes set-up, support and logistics. Main POC for media, sends invites and follow-up, develops media kits (print/digital), provides after-event support to media.

  • 3+ years in Comms and PR
