Key responsibilities

  • Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records of tasks and progress

  • Researching information online

  • Ensuring key partners receive project information

  • Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

  • Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations

  • Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements for project-related events, including training seminars and conferences

  • Keeping project deliverable schedules on track and assisting Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications

  • Ensuring documents are complete, requesting additional information as needed Requirements - Past experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Community Events experience

  • Knowledge of Corporate Events

  • Proficiency in Coordinating Events

    • Past experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite
  • High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

  • Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment

  • Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments

  • Expertise in database and file management

  • High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years in a business/office setting required
