Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records of tasks and progress
Researching information online
Ensuring key partners receive project information
Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations
Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements for project-related events, including training seminars and conferences
Keeping project deliverable schedules on track and assisting Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications
Ensuring documents are complete, requesting additional information as needed Requirements - Past experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Community Events experience
Knowledge of Corporate Events
Proficiency in Coordinating Events
- Past experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite
High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments
Expertise in database and file management
High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
2+ years in a business/office setting required
