Description
We are in search of a Project Manager to join our client's fully remote project team. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments within large companies, primarily legal departments, to compile various reports. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design layout of these reports and making necessary changes and edits. This role requires effective written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and is fully remote, allowing for flexible work from any timezone.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with legal departments, corporate secretaries, staff attorneys, and other departments within large companies to compile reports.
• Overseeing the large-scale design of reports, ensuring the layout meets client expectations.
• Making necessary edits and changes to reports using various layout tools such as InDesign, Workiva, or proprietary layout tools.
• Managing day-to-day tasks such as submitting work orders for corrections and proofing edits.
• Communicating effectively with clients primarily via email, and occasionally through phone calls, to clarify and resolve any issues.
• Following very specific step-by-step processes to ensure accuracy and quality control in all tasks.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Processing customer applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate customer records.
• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
• Knowledge and experience with Cloud Technologies
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Proficiency in IBM tools and software
• Experience with About Time software
• Understanding and implementation of Agile Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with budget processes and financial planning
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in the construction industry
