Robert Half Public Relations Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia

Description

We are in search of a Public Relations Specialist to join our team in the food and beverage industry based in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Public Relations Specialist, you will be tasked with various responsibilities ranging from providing administrative support to the PR team, managing PR materials, coordinating PR campaigns, and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee administrative support for the PR team including scheduling meetings, processing invoices, and report preparation.

• Handle the preparation and distribution of PR materials to both internal teams and external agencies.

• Ensure that all PR information is disseminated effectively and in a timely manner.

• Maintain and update records of all PR activities in an organized manner.

• Manage press inboxes, ensuring all inquiries are distributed to the correct contacts.

• Coordinate PR campaigns, including logistics, timeline tracking, and project documentation management.

• Liaise with external agencies and vendors for seamless communication and project execution.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the execution of brand activation campaigns.

• Facilitate smooth communication for successful project outcomes by preparing agendas and following up on action items.

• Oversee the management of blog content, monitor analytics, and provide regular performance reports.

• Support the Go-To-Market process by ensuring all social and PR campaign strategies align with the overall marketing approach.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably within the Restaurants & Catering industry.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Content Management System (CMS).

• Experience with CRM systems is necessary.

• Must be able to manage and maintain Editorial Calendars.

• Familiarity with Facebook Insights for social media campaigns and interactions.

• Proven track record in creating effective Advertisements.

• Blogging experience is required.

• Demonstrated ability to boost Brand Awareness.

• Experience in designing and creating Brochures.

• Must have experience in Campaign Planning and execution.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
