Description We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The primary function of this role involves handling a multi-line phone system, greeting guests, and directing them to the appropriate departments in an efficient manner. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Answering multi-line phone systems and directing calls to the appropriate department
• Welcoming guests, answering the door, and providing excellent customer service
• Organizing files and maintaining a neat and orderly reception area
• Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for email correspondence and data entry tasks
• Scheduling appointments as necessary and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Inputting payments accurately and securely, maintaining strict confidentiality
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills in all interactions
• Assisting in other clerical duties as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in operating a multi-line phone system
• Strong customer service abilities
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Knowledge of email correspondence etiquette
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Ability to organize files effectively
• Experience in scheduling appointments.
