This opportunity with our client is for a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow. We will need you to perform a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, provide clerical support to the HR department, and recruit on a full-cycle basis in support of a diverse group of positions. Major responsibilities
Making use of digital recruiting resources
Executing interviews
Noting and posting job opportunity advertisements
Assisting with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
Constructing internal recommendations
Supervising various administrative duties
Supplying and screening candidates through various sources and platforms Requirements - We want someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms in this position
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
- The person we select will have to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Sourcing recruitment experience
Taleo Recruiting Software experience preferred
Experience with HR Department
Solid understanding of Taleo
Human Resources (HR) Administration experience
