Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing a contract Recruiter for our client located in Sandy Springs. The position is hybrid with 2 or 3 days working from home each week. This is a contract role that has the possibility of converting due to the company's exciting growth trends for 2022!
Our client is looking for an individual contributor who can support multiple hiring managers. The ideal Recruiting contractor will have 6+ years of recruiting experience and be comfortable with full life cycle recruiting in an OFCCP environment. Knowledge of accounting and IT roles will be very helpful!
There will be around 15-20 requisitions open at any given time. Sourcing will be an important part of the role and knowledge of Boolean logic is a plus!
The contract recruiter will need a high level of internal customer service to work with hiring managers. In addition, this talent acquisition team is a collaborative unit and the client is seeking someone with proven success building partnerships.
