Our growing and dynamic financial team is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Accountant with proficiency in NetSuite. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure all monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting deadlines are met.

  • Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions.

  • Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

  • Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and ensure appropriate resolutions are found.

  • Assist the financial management team in making decisions based on financial analysis data.

  • Streamlining accounting functions and operations.

  • Develop periodic reports for management.

  • Assist in forecasting and budget preparation.

Key Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA designation is a plus).

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.

  • Proven experience working with NetSuite (minimum 2 years).

  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office Tools.

  • In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion for confidential information.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc. (Preferred.)
