Prestigious Healthcare Company Seeks Sr. Customer Service Representative!

Robert Half/OfficeTeam has a fulfilling career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Sr. Customer Service Representative in the growing Healthcare/NHS industry with one of our Fortune 500 clients. Expect this role to exist within a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment. This Sr. Customer Service Representative opportunity is located in Atlanta, Georgia, is work from home for the time being and is a long-term temporary engagement.

How you will make an impact

  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

  • Manage and place approximately 50 incoming telephone calls daily

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Assist external customers with navigating the company website

  • Educating customer's on available healthcare benefits and program eligibility

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a call center setting

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanor applied to all tasks

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Experience using Microsoft Office

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Directs Incoming Calls experience

  • Foundational knowledge in behavioral health

  • Proficiency in data entry

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Call Center Customer Service

  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
