Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sr. Accountant to join our team in Auburn, Washington, United States. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, supporting the company's personnel on accounting control procedures, maintaining account balances, and bank statements. This position is also expected to assist in month-end and year-end close processes, as well as manage inventory and general ledger.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Support and consult with company personnel on accounting control procedures.

• Reconcile accounts, maintain account balances and bank statements.

• Support business processes and accounting policies, preparing corresponding documentation.

• Manage inventory and maintain the general ledger.

• Assist in the month-end and year-end close process.

• Analyze financial data for the preparation of financial records and forecast budgets.

• Assist with audits and taxes.

• Handle foreign entity consolidation.

• Utilize skills such as Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Account Balance, Bank Statements, Inventory Controls, Budgeting - Forecasting, Audit, and Financial Records.

The salary range for this position is $77,000 to $100,000.

Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations

• Demonstrated ability to manage General Ledger and Journal Entries

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks

• Experienced in handling Month End Close procedures

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Ability to manage Account Balance and review Bank Statements

• Knowledge of Inventory Controls and Budgeting - Forecasting

• Experience in conducting Audit and maintaining Financial Records

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines

• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
