Description
We are working with a local organization to bring on a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide range of events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. From corporate conferences and product launches to social gatherings and community events, the Event Coordinator will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our clients and attendees.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
