Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the logistics industry, located in Aurora, Colorado. This role primarily revolves around providing exceptional support to our clients, managing orders, and coordinating with our warehouse team for timely shipments.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with high profile clients mainly via email and occasionally over the phone.
• Assist customers with shipments and order fulfillment, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
• Enter new orders into the system and update existing orders as necessary, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in data entry.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are shipped via FedEx in a timely manner.
• Allocate inventory effectively and keep spreadsheets up-to-date, ensuring accurate record keeping.
• Utilize appropriate grammar in all written and verbal communications to maintain professionalism.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating excellent multitasking skills to handle various customer requests simultaneously. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the logistics industry
• Proven skills in customer support and data entry
• Proficiency in order entry processes and systems
• Strong command of appropriate grammar for effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
