Robert Half Partnership Coordinator in Aurora, Colorado
Description We are in search of a Partnership Coordinator to manage and grow our relationships within the automotive industry. This role is based in Aurora, Colorado, and will be instrumental in creating beneficial strategies, executing projects, and staying informed about market trends.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships within the automotive industry
• Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Work with internal teams to ensure alignment of company goals and strategies with partner activities
• Drive growth and sales through effective partnership management
• Negotiate, manage, and monitor contract agreements with partners to ensure terms are met
• Assist in the development and execution of partnership strategies to drive market growth
• Evaluate and report on partnership activities, performance, and metrics
• Aid in organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and tradeshows
• Continually prospect for new partners within the automotive industry
• Provide insights into partner operations and suggest improvements to existing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role such as Partnership Coordinator or related position.
• Proficiency in data entry, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrable experience in annual sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining partnerships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Understanding of business functions and principles.
• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
