Detailed knowledge of Smartsheet Suite applications
Extensive knowledge of Data Uploader/Data Shuffle, JIRA connector and Pivot
Possess an excellent ability to prioritize tasks, and effectively manage time
Strong communications skills and be comfortable communicating with internal departments
Serve as system admin working to implement best practices
Answering questions related to Smartsheet and providing demos to new team members
Adding new users, permission them to the correct group and management of licenses
