Description

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk for an exciting opportunity based in Aurora, Oregon. As an integral member of our client's team, you will be tasked with maintaining and rectifying customer account data, ensuring accurate account reconciliation, and handling accounts receivable. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly review and cleanse existing customer account data in ERP systems

• Closely examine individual customer accounts for any discrepancies or irregularities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all journal entries are accurately completed on a customer-by-customer basis

• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel to effectively manage and organize data

• Maintain clear and comprehensive records of all customer credit applications

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions when required

• Ensure all billing and data entry tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary

• Ability to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) is required

• Experience in Billing is essential

• Must possess strong Data Entry skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Familiarity with SYSPRO or other ERP software is desirable
