Description

We are seeking an Account Manager in the Legal or Marketing industry, based in Austin, Texas. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where you will act as an integral part of our team, managing relationships with law firm clients, and coordinating complex workflows related to healthcare lien resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for the needs of assigned law firm clients and flag any issues to the manager

• Gain an understanding of complex workflows related to healthcare lien resolution and communicate this information clearly to law firms

• Handle a substantial amount of complex status inquiries from law firm clients

• Organize and prepare for status conferences with key accounts, including meeting coordination, agenda creation, and follow-up tasks

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide exceptional, intelligent service to all clients

• Proactively communicate with firms, anticipate potential problems, and escalate as needed to senior management

• Accept and actively seek feedback to continuously improve performance

• Suggest process improvements to the management team

• Assist Senior Client Relationship Specialist with webinar preparations and other client meeting tasks when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management, demonstrating a track record of maintaining and growing client relationships.

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle client queries and complaints in a detail oriented and efficient manner.

• 5-7 Years legal and/or marketing industry or degree in Marketing. Familiarity with the Corporate Legal industry, including an understanding of legal procedures, documentation, and terminology.

• Proficient in drafting and reviewing Legal Correspondence, ensuring all communication is clear, accurate, and in compliance with legal guidelines.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, showing strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret account performance data and identify areas for improvement.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.

• Proficient in using account management software and tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous detail oriented development, keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in account management.
