Description

The Creative Group is looking for an Account Manager for a 40 hour per week, contract role in Austin, Texas. The role will begin fully remote, but candidates should be located in the Austin area.

  • Build positive relationships with Senior Managers within the client organization.

  • Understand all digital marketing disciplines to provide a point of view and solution on standard methodologies and solutions.

  • Provide internal teams with appropriate insight into client’s strategic business initiatives.

  • Demonstrate understanding of client business for cross and up-sell opportunities to grow revenue.

  • Develop detailed proposals, estimates, statements of work, and digital marketing work plans.

  • Own client relationships with Client Service Lead on a daily basis.

  • Immediately escalate challenges/issues to Client Service Lead.

  • Proactively anticipate, communicate and respond to client requests.

  • Lead and/or support internal and client-facing meetings with or without the direct support of Client Service Lead.

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in one of the following areas: business, marketing, advertising, communications, e-business engineering or computer science.

• You have Account Management experience that spans 3+ years in digital marketing or online advertising. Work across multiple categories such as finance, banking, B2B and consumer products is a plus.

  • Proven understanding of Content Management Systems (Adobe, Sitecore or Episerver a plus), analytics, digital marketing, display media, paid search, SEO, marketing automation, etc.

  • Proven understanding and experience with enterprise website design, development and delivery.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Passion for service with best-in-class support, responsiveness and attention to detail.

  • Agency background with understanding of forecasting, opportunity management, contractual reviews, cross-functional team engagement and revenue recognition practices.

  • Strong ability to build client and internal relationships built on work quality and trust.

  • Experience working remotely and managing national/international teams.
